Trustee, Gregory Davis has submitted his resignation to the Kernville Union School District Board effective December 31, 2023. 

As a result of the resignation the Board of Trustees determined they would make a provisional appointment to fill the vacancy by advertising, interviewing and selecting an individual for the vacant position. 

The District asks individuals interested in serving on the Kernville Union School District Board of Trustees to submit a resume and a letter of intent to the Kernville Union School District Superintendent's Office by 4:00 p.m., February 2, 2024. The letter of intent shall have the following information: 

1)    Why are you interested in serving as a member of the Kemville Union School District Board of Trustees?
2)    What experience and qualities would you bring to the Board?
3)    What significant information would you like the Board to know or what issues do you feel are important to the District?

The Board will conduct interviews the evening of February 7, 2024 and an appointment will be made at the next regular Board meeting February 13, 2024. These dates and this appointment conform with the legal requirements set by California Education Code
